Standard rentals are up to 6 hours. Extended rental periods are available — WhatsApp us for pricing on full-day or multi-day rentals.
Do you set up and take down the bounce house?
Yes! Our team handles full setup and takedown. You just need to have the space ready. Setup typically takes 20–30 minutes.
Is the bounce house safe for all ages?
Our bounce houses are designed for children up to 12 years old. Teens and adults should not use the smaller units. The large commercial bounce houses can accommodate older kids and some adult use — ask us when booking.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain is usually fine for outdoor bounce houses. In heavy rain or lightning, we advise stopping use for safety. We monitor weather and will advise you before your event.
Can I use a bounce house indoors?
Some of our units can fit in large halls or community centres. Contact us with the ceiling height and floor dimensions and we'll advise which units would work.
